We use a hybrid learning model — a blend of online sessions, virtual coaching, and in-person workshops. You'll learn from experienced facilitators, career coaches, and HR professionals through interactive classes, group projects, and real-world practice.
Yes! Participants who complete the 6-week program and meet the assessment requirements will receive a Certificate of Employability Readiness from E-Konsult Academy — recognized by our partner organizations and employers.
The Basic Program is a shared cost program. You pay a commitment fee, while the bulk cost is borne by our partners. Selected participants are expected to commit fully.
Graduates may be recommended for internships, entry-level jobs, career mentoring, and access to the Advanced Level of The New Recruit Project.
